For Mail/FedEx/Shipments - Simulados® Software will accept unopened products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No products will be accepted for refund or exchange once a system key has been issued. If part of a specially bundled product is returned, the price of the specially bundled product is forfeited and any products of the bundle retained by the customer revert to their individual price. Simulados® Software will credit the remaining amount due.
For Electronic Delivery - Simulados® Software will accept products for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted for products purchased for delivery via electronic download or online login once electronic activation or a system key has been issued.
Simulados® Software does not guarantee successful delivery via download. If the customer is unable to download the product successfully, the customer has the option to have the product(s) delivered via one of our alternative shipping methods. The customer is responsible for any/all shipping and handling charges.
